WHEN WILL THE CASHBACK CREDIT APPEAR IN MY ACCOUNT?

Your cashback credit will automatically appear and be ready to use in your account 14 days after your initial purchase (following the 14-day waiting period).

CAN THIS OFFER BE COMBINED WITH OTHER PROMOTIONS?

Earning Cashback: Yes! You can earn cashback even when purchasing items that already have standard ongoing discounts. Your 10% cashback will be calculated based on the final amount paid after any discounts are applied.

Redeeming Cashback: Your cashback credit cannot be combined with other promo codes, Friends & Family discounts, Refurbished offers, or the Upgrade Program.

ARE THERE ANY EXCLUDED PRODUCTS?

You can earn cashback on every product across our entire catalog. When redeeming your cashback, it can be applied to all products, with the exception of refurbished items and services.

DOES THE CASHBACK VOUCHER HAVE TO BE USED IN A SINGLE TRANSACTION?

Yes. Your cashback is issued as a single-use voucher and must be redeemed in one transaction.

Note: If your purchase total is less than your cashback value, any remaining balance will be forfeited and cannot be carried over to a future order.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RETURN MY INITIAL PURCHASE?

Within 14-day waiting period: Your original order will be refunded as usual, and the cashback will not be credited to your account.

After 14-day waiting period (Exceptional Returns):

If you have not used your cashback, the credit will be canceled.If you have already redeemed the cashback on a second purchase, the cashback amount will be deducted from your original order's refund.
