Do I have to purchase Devialet Care at the same time as my product?

You have up to 30 days to subscribe to Devialet Care from the moment you purchase your Devialet product. Please note that for a limited time, you can protect your Devialet product bought since February 2021 or later by subscribing to Devialet Care right now (limited-time offer, ending March 31st).

請問Devialet Care是各地都有的服務嗎?

請參考頁面右下方的地區選單，除了中國，其餘地區皆有Devialet Care服務。同時請注意，在台灣的部分，由於現行法規的規定，Devialet Care並沒有涵蓋一次性的人為因素損壞的更換服務。
