Each Certified Refurbished Phantom undergoes a series of rigorous tests and controls to ensure the highest quality and performance, identical to a new product. If the quality doesn’t match our standards, the Refurbished Phantom is disassembled and reassembled on the same production line as the new Phantom. All the Certified Refurbished Phantoms come with a new box, power cable, and 24-month warranty.

CAN I CREATE A STEREO PAIR WITH TWO PHANTOM FROM DIFFERENT GENERATION?
Yes, I can play in stereo any Phantom models with my Refurbished Phantom as soon as it has the same power (108dB with 108dB, 103dB with 103dB etc). However, I will be able to play in multiroom with all the Phantoms (I and II), whatever the model or power.
DOES PHANTOM REFURBISHED BENEFIT FROM THE LAST DEVIALET OPERATING SYSTEM?
Yes, all our refurbished products benefit from our last Devialet Operating System and thus access continuously to software updates.
DOES DEVIALET CARE WORKS FOR PHANTOM REFURBISHED?
Yes, with Devialet Care, my Phantom Refurbished is protected with 5 years of warranty and can be replaced once at a preferential price in case of accidental damage.
