Devialet offers the Customer the opportunity to experience all Devialet products and accessories (the "Product(s)") at home, and if not satisfied, the right to return the Product within the first fourteen (14) days following:
The date of purchase in a Devialet retail store and upon proof of purchase; The date of receipt of the Product in the case of an online order at www.devialet.com (the “Website”);
The 14-day trial period (the “Trial Period”) applies to all Products (except Devialet Care). The Trial Period does not apply to purchases made at our participating authorized dealers. If you purchased your Product from an authorized dealer, contact them directly to ask about their trial period policy, if any. How to benefit from the Trial Period? 1/ Purchase a Product on our Website or from a Devialet retail store. 2/ Not satisfied with the Product? Contact Devialet’s Customer Service before the end of your Trial Period, whether you purchased your Product on our Website or in one of our Devialet stores, and we will arrange, under certain conditions, the return of your Product. 3/ Once the Product has been received and evaluated by our teams, and provided that its condition is in accordance with the requirements listed below, then a full refund of the price of the Product will be issued, by bank transfer, within fourteen (14) days as from the receipt of the Product by Devialet or from a proof of shipment of the Product provided by the Customer to Devialet, whichever comes first.
Requirements for a return and full refund during the Trial Period:
You must contact Devialet's Customer Service, within a maximum of fourteen (14) days following the receipt or purchase of your Product, via the Help center tab under the Support section of our Website, by filling out the CONTACT FORM. If the fourteen (14) day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it shall be extended to the next business day. The Customer Service will inform you on how to proceed with the return of the Product. Devialet only accepts returns in the territories to which it sells to through its Website and its retail stores. The list of eligible countries is subject to change by Devialet. The Product, as well as any accessories that may accompany it, must be returned following the instructions of Devialet's Customer Service and in their original packaging and in new condition. The original packaging includes the original box, the cover box and the protective bag that were delivered with the Product. Devialet will, under certain conditions, cover the cost of returning the Product to Devialet. You can request a return kit from Customer Service in order to send back your Product. If the Product’s serial number or original packaging is missing, or if the Product is damaged, Devialet reserves the right to refuse the refund or to reduce its amount. If you have purchased or ordered and had a Product delivered to you or transported outside the country where you are domiciled or if you do not wish to use the carrier chosen by Devialet or if Devialet, in good faith and at its sole discretion, deems that the Customer may be involved in fraudulent activities related to the purchase or order of a Product, then Devialet reserves the right to ask you to cover the entire cost of returning the Product (shipping costs, charges related to the return, including any customs duties, shipping insurance and costs related to damage or loss of the Product, etc.).
Any return made at your initiative must be made after you having received instructions from the Customer Service and through an accredited carrier that provides a tracking number. If the Product is lost or damaged during transport, you must resolve the problem directly with the carrier you have chosen. In addition, you are responsible for the Product until it has been properly received at the return center indicated by Devialet. It is understood that the Customer is, at all times, responsible for returning the Product and that Devialet and/or its service providers are never responsible for a return that does not include the Product. The Trial Period is intended to cover only one Product for the corresponding date of purchase or receipt. If multiple Products are purchased on different dates, the Trial Period will begin on the respective date of purchase or receipt of each Product.
