At Devialet, we believe in the transformative power of sound — and in the importance of making our values resonate through everything we do.
Our mission — pushing the boundaries of acoustic engineering to create unforgettable emotional experiences — can only be achieved if our practices are guided by integrity, transparency, and respect for individuals.
Because innovation only makes sense when exercised responsibly, we make ethics an inseparable part of our commitment to quality. As an innovative company, we have a responsibility to promote exemplary behaviour among our employees, partners, clients, and suppliers.
This charter reflects our commitment to act with loyalty, fairness, and responsibility in all our activities — and to make this a shared priority throughout Devialet.
We place ethics at the heart of our corporate strategy. This means rejecting any form of corruption or fraud, acting fairly in the markets where we operate, and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and security of the data we process.
We expect all our stakeholders — internal and external — to adhere to these principles in the course of their collaboration with Devialet.
We reject all forms of corruption, direct or indirect, including bribery, facilitation payments, and excessive gifts. We implement concrete measures to prevent money laundering and detect potential fraud.
We act with loyalty towards our partners and competitors. We strictly prohibit any anti-competitive practices and work to prevent conflicts of interest in all professional relationships.
We encourage open dialogue with all stakeholders and promote accountability at every level of the organisation. Sensitive situations must be reported confidentially in a safe and trusted environment.
We safeguard confidential information and the personal data of our clients, partners, and employees. We secure our information systems and ensure responsible use of digital tools.
Wherever we operate, we strictly comply with local and international laws applicable to our sector and proactively anticipate regulatory developments.
This charter applies to all Devialet employees, in France and abroad, as well as to our business partners, suppliers, subcontractors, and distributors. It must be integrated into all decisions and professional practices.
The Devialet Legal Department, in collaboration with the Executive Management, is responsible for ensuring the implementation of this charter, raising employee awareness, and coordinating follow-up and monitoring activities.
Regular training on business ethics and anti-corruption (goal: 100% of employees trained by the end of 2026)
A confidential reporting channel, accessible to everyone, for any ethical breaches or inappropriate behaviour
An annual conflict-of-interest declaration for high-risk positions
Annual monitoring of ethical indicators, shared with the Executive Management
Inclusion of a standard ethics clause in all supplier and partner contracts
Every employee is an ambassador of ethics at Devialet. Our credibility and the trust of our stakeholders depend on our daily example. Reading and adhering to this charter is mandatory. Any confirmed breach may result in appropriate disciplinary or legal measures.
This charter is a dynamic commitment. It will be reviewed annually to remain aligned with the evolution of our activities, stakeholder expectations, and the regulatory framework. Continuous improvement is essential: like our products and innovations, our ethics must constantly evolve to remain effective, sustainable, and profoundly human.
