At checkout, select “Add Elevate”. Enter the model and serial number of your current Devialet Expert and confirm. If eligible, a credit will be automatically estimated.

Upon completing your purchase, you'll receive an Elevate confirmation email with clear steps on how to return your product. Once your Devialet Expert has been received and verified, we'll issue a partial refund to your original payment method.
