Subsequent processing and data analysis are carried out by Devialet in France.

Retention Period: Your data will be kept for 3 years from the closing of the survey, after which it will be anonymized or destroyed.

Your Rights (Access, Rectification, Withdrawal): In accordance with the GDPR, you notably have the rights of access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), and objection. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to such withdrawal.
